Hours: Monday to Friday 11.45-16.00, term time plus 1 week

We are looking for a well-organised, efficient and enthusiastic person to join our team to assist in maintaining the efficient running of our busy school office by providing a reception service and range of administrative support.
What you will need to succeed:
This is a busy and hectic office where no two days are the same! We are looking for someone with excellent all round IT skills and the ability to be flexible. You will provide a smart, friendly, welcoming, first point of contact for children, parents/carers, visitors and staff. You will have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions and to work to tight deadlines in a methodical manner observing confidentiality at all times.
